About this resource

The Oregon Reproductive Health (RH) Program manages a statewide network of certified healthcare professionals to facilitate access to various reproductive health services, which include preventive care, preconception, and contraception. Offered services encompass annual gynecological check-ups (such as pap tests, breast examinations, and STI screenings), pregnancy testing, birth control guidance, contraceptive options, emergency contraception, and referrals for abortion, among others.

Intake Procedure: Contact for details and to set up an appointment.

Fees: No charge for individuals with a household income below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). A sliding scale for fees is available for those with incomes exceeding 250% FPL. Insurance may be billed if applicable.

Who can use this

  • Services are available to all individuals, particularly those with a household income below 250% FPL, regardless of their ability to pay, race, color, national origin, immigration status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability.
