Who can use this

  • To qualify for WIC, applicants must meet four requirements: reside in Oregon (US citizenship is not a prerequisite), be pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding, or have a child under 5 years old. Fathers, foster parents, and other guardians may apply for a qualifying child. They must also meet income guidelines.
