About this resource
The program delivers full-day quality care and education for qualifying children in nearby early care and education facilities. Families must be approved for the Employment Related Day Care (ERDC) program to participate in Baby Promise.

Who can use this
- Children between 6 weeks and 3 years old are eligible. Parents must reside or work in Deschutes, Crook, or Jefferson County, be currently employed or in school, and be enrolled in or eligible for the Employment-Related Day Care (ERDC). The household income must not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Enrollment in a Baby Promise slot bypasses the ERDC waitlist. Local Baby Promise enrollment partners will work with families and approved providers to assess needs and available slots.
