About this resource
Head Start provides services that enhance children's readiness for school by supporting their social and cognitive development within a classroom environment, along with offering educational, health, nutritional, social, and additional resources for both children and their families. The program places a strong emphasis on parental involvement, offering services such as goal setting, parenting classes, and networking opportunities for parents.

Travel/Location: The program is situated in the former Rose School building.
Fees: There are no fees associated with the program.
Who can use this
- Eligible families are those with children aged 3-5, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% of the federal poverty level, as well as children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance, with a priority given to families with greater needs.
