Who can use this

  • To qualify for WIC, applicants must meet four requirements: reside in Oregon (US citizenship is not necessary), be a pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding woman, or an infant or child under 5 years old (fathers, foster parents, and other guardians can apply for eligible children), have a household income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), with automatic eligibility for families receiving OHP, SNAP, or TANF, and demonstrate a nutritional risk assessed during the appointment.
