This program provides a variety of services aimed at older adults and individuals with disabilities, such as assessments, case management, administration of SNAP (food stamps), the Oregon Supplemental Income Program (OSIP), other Medicaid programs, Medicare Savings Programs, along with information and referrals to coordinated services.
Intake Procedure: You can either walk in or call for additional information. Certain programs may necessitate an in-person or phone interview appointment.
Fees: There are no fees associated with these services.
