About this resource
This program delivers confidential case management for those living with HIV and AIDS. It includes services such as HIV testing, financial aid for medication costs, transportation support for medical appointments, assistance with insurance premiums, transitional housing, rent payment help, dental care, disease management education, and referrals to other organizations for basic needs, job support, and substance abuse treatment.
Intake Procedure: Contact to arrange an intake appointment.
