This organization provides a wide array of services aimed at the LGBTQ2+ community, such as gender-affirming care (including the initiation and ongoing management of hormone therapy and referrals to specialists), behavioral health providers trained specifically in LGBTQ2+ issues, help with legal ID modifications through county offices, the DMV, and passport services, as well as reproductive health care and STI testing.

Fees: Accepts OHP, Medicare, and private insurance, and offers a sliding scale discount for those without insurance.
