Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment via phone.
Travel/Location: Accessible via RVTD bus route 40.
Fees: No fees are required.
Who can use this
- - For electric service payment assistance: must be a Pacific Power customer - Households earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI) may qualify, with some exceptions - For water service payme

- -Photo ID including driver's licenses, state ID cards, passports, military ID, foreign country ID, and some university ID -Electric or water assistance: A copy of shut off notice
