About this resource
This home visiting initiative is designed to encourage healthy birth outcomes, promote child development, and enhance parenting skills. It offers services such as home visits, social gatherings for parents and their children, parenting workshops, goal setting assistance, and networking opportunities for parents. Travel/Location: Located one block east of St. Charles Madras Hospital.
Fees: There are no fees associated with the program.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with infants and children aged 6 weeks to 2 years, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% of the federal poverty level. Special provisions are made for children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance, while families with higher incomes may also qualify based on specific needs.
