Who can use this
- -Children must be aged 3-4 by September 1st of the current year -Household income should be below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level -Must reside in Oregon -Families on SNAP are exempt from providing additional income verification -Housing Adjustment: Eligibility Specialists may modify a family's gross income assessment to factor in high housing costs, applicable to those who exceed the income threshold but allocate over 30% of their gross income to housing.
