Who can use this
- Eligible individuals must meet one of the following criteria: -Receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) -Have at least one minor child residing in the home -Engage in co-parenting or have visitation rights with a minor child -Require a certificate from a parenting class.
