About this resource
Provides eviction prevention assistance, which may involve support for overdue rent and utilities, landlord mediation, and case management, subject to funding availability.
Intake Procedure: Visit in person or call on the first business day of the month to be added to a waitlist.
Travel/Location: Head west on Main Street to N Street, then turn right and go two blocks to Birch Street. The LTD stop is located at Main and N Streets, just a two-minute walk away.
Fees: There are no fees associated.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be current tenants facing housing instability or at imminent risk of becoming homeless.
Documents you may need
- Proof of income, photo ID, notices, letters, or other documentation that shows unpaid bills, late payments, or additional proof of risk of homelessness
