About this resource
This program provides financial support for utility bills, with the level of assistance dependent on the funds available. The LIHEAP waitlist starts on November 1 and may close as early as the next day. Other emergency assistance initiatives are specific to utility companies, and waitlists for funding are created when resources are accessible.
Intake Procedure: Call to check on fund availability.
Travel/Location: Head west on Main Street, turn right onto N Street, and proceed two blocks to Birch Street. The LTD stop is located at Main and N Streets, a short 2-minute walk away.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Eligibility criteria differ by program (LIHEAP, Oregon HEAT, OLGA, OEP, Helping Hands).

- Social Security card, photo ID, proof of income, proof of address
