Provides eviction prevention assistance, which may involve support for overdue rent and utilities (such as electricity, water, gas, garbage, sewer, or heating fuel), landlord mediation, and case management. Availability of services is contingent on funding.

Travel/Location: Accessible via the LTD EmX line; Bus Lines 41 and 43 stop two blocks away on 8th Avenue. On-site parking is provided.

- Applicants must be current tenants facing housing instability or at immediate risk of becoming homeless.

- Proof of income, photo ID, notices, letters, or other documentation that shows unpaid bills, late payments, or additional proof of risk of homelessness
