About this resource
The Employment Related Day Care program (ERDC) provides support to families who are working, attending school, or receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) to help cover child care expenses, including registration fees.
Application Process: You can apply online, via phone, or in person at a nearby ODHS Self Sufficiency Branch Office.
Costs: As a subsidy program, ERDC requires many families to contribute a portion of the child care expenses, known as a copayment (copay). The copay amount is determined by the family's size and income.
