This program provides support for expenses related to electricity, natural gas, oil, propane, wood pellets, and firewood. The Springfield Utility Board (SUB) project and the EWEB (Eugene Water & Electric Board) Customer Care offer continuous assistance throughout the year, while LIHEAP provides help during specific seasons. Households are eligible for aid once each program year. Those facing potential disconnection can either visit in person or call to discuss available assistance options.
