About this resource
This program provides families with a newborn up to four scheduled visits from a nurse to assist with various needs. It includes comprehensive health assessments, guidance on feeding and bathing, and support for parents dealing with postpartum depression. Additionally, nurses facilitate connections to community resources to enhance the health of parents and the well-being of their children.
Intake Procedure: Interested families can call, email, or visit the website for more information or to arrange a visit if one was not organized at the hospital.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
Who can use this
- Families, whether by birth, adoption, or resource, with a newborn aged 0-12 weeks.
