About this resource
This initiative offers assistance to pregnant individuals from the early stages of pregnancy through their child's second birthday, linking new parents with specially trained nurses who provide support, advice, and access to resources. The nurses conduct health and developmental assessments to detect potential issues related to growth, hearing, social-emotional development, oral health, and other concerns. Additionally, the program includes breastfeeding assistance, parenting support, and general education for parents.
