About this resource
This nurse visiting program offers families with a newborn up to four scheduled visits to assist with various needs. It includes comprehensive health assessments, guidance on feeding and bathing, and support for new parents experiencing postpartum depression. Additionally, nurses facilitate connections to community resources to enhance the health of parents and the well-being of their children.
Intake Procedure: Families can call, email, or access the website to obtain information or request a visit if one was not arranged at the hospital.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.

- Families, including birth, adoptive, or resource families, with a newborn aged 0-12 weeks.
