About this resource
This service facilitates a voluntary and confidential mediation process where individuals in conflict can meet with a neutral mediator to explore resolution options, including support for landlord/tenant issues and a program for juvenile victim/offender mediation. Additionally, it provides regular Small Claims Mediation Trainings for mediators and volunteers participating in small claims court mediations.
