About this resource
This program provides organized transportation for individuals traveling to and from non-emergency medical appointments. It is specifically designed for those who lack alternative means of transportation to their medical visits. Local transportation providers are contracted to facilitate these services. Additionally, mileage reimbursement is available for those who can drive themselves or have friends or family assist with transportation.
Intake Procedure: It is important to call ahead of your medical appointment to confirm availability.
Travel/Location: The service is located in a two-story red brick building situated between Geary Street and Hill Street.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- This service is available to eligible Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Medicaid clients, members of the InterCommunity Health Network Coordinated Care Organization who have been verified in the Cascades West Ride Line electronic eligibility files, and clients of Samaritan Advantage Medical.
