Family Tree Relief Nursery

Family Tree Relief Nursery assists families with young children who are under considerable stress. It provides high-risk families with personalized support through tailored case management. The risk factors include poverty, elevated stress levels, depression, a history of mental health issues, unreliable transportation, being a single parent, having a criminal record, being an adult survivor of child abuse, substance abuse history, unemployment, low self-worth, limited education, anger management problems, homelessness, and social isolation. The services offered encompass parenting education, assistance via home visits, group activities, and referrals to resources. Children engage in therapeutic classrooms with low adult-to-child ratios, while families benefit from home visits that encourage healthy parenting practices and child development.
