This service offers a variety of support for older adults and individuals with disabilities, which includes assessments, case management, and the administration of SNAP (food stamps), the Oregon Supplemental Income Program (OSIP), other Medicaid initiatives, Medicare Savings Programs, along with information and referrals to coordinated services.
Intake Procedure: You can either walk in or call for additional information. Certain programs may require an appointment for an in-person or phone interview.
Fees: There are no fees associated with these services.
