Please note that information may not be secure if a non-secure email is used. - Alternatively, you can mail, fax, or deliver the completed application to your local office. The application form is accessible in multiple languages including English, English Large Print, Spanish, Spanish Large Print, Arabic, Burmese, Nepali, Russian, Somali, and Vietnamese.
Costs: ERDC operates as a subsidy program, meaning that many families will still need to cover a portion of childcare expenses, known as a copayment (copay), which varies based on family size and income.
Who can use this
- To qualify for this program, families must: - Reside in Oregon - Be employed, enrolled in school, or receiving TANF. - In two-parent households, both parents must be employed or in school, except for those receiving TANF. - There are exceptions for two-parent families where one parent is unable to provide childcare due to medical or mental health issues, or if supervised contact is mandated by the State - Require childcare to maintain employment, attend school, or engage in family well-being activities - Have a child who is: - Under 13 years old requiring childcare, or - Aged 13 to 17 needing care due to special circumstances - Comply with income thresholds - Initial income limits set at 200% FPL, with ongoing and exit limits at 250% FPL.
