About this resource
This initiative provides a temporary housing assistance program aimed at low-income veterans and their families who are either homeless or at high risk of becoming homeless. Eligible participants may receive support through case management, which can include move-in or rental assistance, eviction prevention services, help with benefits, employment and educational resources, legal aid for housing issues, and other related costs to ensure stable housing. Participants must be open to collaborating with a caseworker, and the availability of assistance is subject to funding.

Fees: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include veterans and their families who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness, with an income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income and a discharge status other than 'Dishonorable.' The veteran must reside in the household.
