Who can use this
- -Children must be aged 3-4 by September 1 of the current year -Household income should be below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or children must be in foster care -Applicants must reside in Oregon -Children aged 4 by September 10 are eligible regardless of income if they live within specific school boundaries: Bush, Four Corners, Highland, Grant, Scott, Swegle, Richmond, and Washington Elementary Schools -Families on SNAP are exempt from additional income verification -Housing Adjustment: Eligibility Specialists may modify income calculations for families with high housing costs, particularly those spending over 30% of their gross income on housing.
