Who can use this
- -Must be a City of Salem account holder living in the residence -Household member must be 60 years or older or have a documented permanent disability -Total household income must not exceed 60% of the state median income based on family size -Referrals are available for current year LIHEAP/OEAP recipients (October-September)
Documents you may need
- Birth dates for all household members, Photo ID, Proof of income, Current garbage, sewer, or water bills, Current LIHEAP/OEAP payment receipt to the garbage company to receive a discount, and other documents may be required
