This service includes language interpretation, such as sign language, and supplies written materials in different languages along with print formats like braille, real-time captioning (CART), large print, audio, and more to facilitate access to Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) programs or services. However, it does not provide answers to inquiries regarding specific ODHS programs or services.
To initiate the process, individuals should call or email, leaving a message that includes their name, phone number, and the specific accommodation required. All relay calls are accepted.
There are no associated fees.
