Oregon State Department Of Human Services
Community Resource
About this resource
This initiative aims to link survivors of designated natural disaster events with ODHS Disaster Case Managers. While intake does not guarantee support, disaster case workers may help individuals find and apply for disaster recovery resources or meet urgent needs. The services provided will depend on eligibility and individual circumstances.
Intake Process: To initiate the process, call for intake. Information will be recorded and sent confidentially to ODHS, which will then follow up with the caller as soon as feasible. If specialists are unavailable, callers can leave a voicemail.
Fees: There are no charges for referrals.
