This program offers limited emergency financial assistance for City of Gresham residents to help cover water, sewer, and stormwater bills, with support available once every six billing cycles until funds run out.
Intake Procedure: For more details, please visit the website. Individuals without Internet access can obtain a paper application at the utility payment drop box located near the entrance of Gresham City Hall. Once the application is filled out, it should be submitted to the utility payment drop box at Gresham City Hall.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants are customers of City of Gresham Utilities residing in standalone homes, duplexes, or triplexes, with priority for those earning 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
