About this resource
This program offers assistance to seniors, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and their caregivers, including Medicaid case management, food stamp services, and transportation options.
Intake Process: For information, call regarding "Open Enrollment". Homecare Workers (HCWs) who do not have an existing client can register for orientation each month, starting at 8am on the first business day. You can reach out to the main number (request the Homecare Worker Unit) or contact the HCW unit directly.
Location: Situated directly across from the Gresham Transit Center.
Costs: Most programs are offered at no charge.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 60 and above, adults with disabilities, veterans, and caregivers.
