About this resource
This service provides guidance on mortgage delinquency, foreclosure avoidance, loss mitigation, and resolving defaults. It also includes education for home buyers, pre-purchase counseling, financial planning assistance, and an Individual Development Account (IDA) initiative.
Intake Procedure: Complete the intake form available on the website.
Fees: A small charge may apply for a credit report if necessary; there are no fees for home-buying education and pre-purchase counseling.

- Open to all; however, the IDA program is restricted to individuals currently enrolled.
