Who can use this
- Families with children aged 3-5 can qualify, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% of the federal poverty level. Additionally, children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance are eligible without regard to income. Families with higher incomes may also qualify depending on specific needs, though those with greater needs are given priority.
