This program provides case management aimed at helping individuals secure housing and access related resources. It offers both short- and long-term support for housing searches, as well as one-time emergency rental assistance for security deposits or to prevent eviction.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call for more information or visit the website to download the housing application form.
