Who can use this

  • Preschool Promise openings are accessible to: -Families with children aged 3 and 4 -Children on waiting lists for other publicly funded preschool programs -Families involved with ODHS (TANF and child welfare) -Families earning at or below 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL) -Families above 200% FPL, subject to housing adjustments -Families receiving SNAP are exempt from providing extra income verification -Housing Adjustment: Eligibility Specialists can modify a family's gross income assessment for eligibility if they incur high housing costs, specifically for those spending over 30% of their gross income on housing.
