Who can use this
- -Children must be aged 3-4 by September 1st of the current calendar year -Household income should be below 200% of the federal poverty level -Must reside in Oregon -Families on SNAP are exempt from providing additional income verification -Housing Adjustment: Eligibility Specialists may modify a family's gross income assessment to consider high housing costs, applicable to those spending over 30% of their gross income on housing.
