About this resource

The initiative is centered on fostering early childhood development via case management home visits that encompass parent education and skill enhancement, developmental and health assessments, preparation for kindergarten, and guidance in accessing community resources.   • Children's Programs cater to ages 0-5, while Child Abuse Prevention and Intervention Services (CAPI) are available for individuals aged 18 and under.
