About this resource
This program provides financial aid for rent, assistance with rental deposits, and help with application fees, in addition to housing case management services. The availability of assistance is limited, not guaranteed, and operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with callbacks only for the first 40 callers. Rent support is capped at 2 months.
Intake Procedure: When the hotline is active, callers should leave a message including their first name, last name, and contact number. Calls cannot be processed when the hotline is closed. Responses are given based on the order of calls received, and walk-ins are not permitted.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 12 and 72.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Applicants must have a court-dated eviction notice, be at imminent risk of homelessness, and have a household income at or below 65% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Documents you may need
- Photo ID for adults, Social Security cards, and proof of income for the past 30 days for all adults
