About this resource
This service provides legal assistance for immigration-related matters such as family visa applications, permanent residency, citizenship requests, consular processing, representation before USCIS (previously INS), renewal of work permits or resident cards, asylum applications, and defense against deportation. Additionally, help is offered for obtaining U and T visas.
Intake Procedure: You can apply by calling, visiting the website, or walking in.
Travel/Location: The location is reachable via MAX and TriMet, with bicycle parking available.
Fees: There is a $50 screening fee.
Who can use this
- For the initial consultation, there are no restrictions; however, representation by an attorney or Accredited Representative requires income to be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
