Who can use this
- -Children between 6 weeks and 3 years old - Parents must reside or work in Multnomah County, be currently employed or attending school, and be enrolled in or eligible for ERDC. Family income should not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level - Being placed in a Baby Promise slot allows families to bypass the ERDC waitlist. Local Baby Promise enrollment partners will work with families and approved providers to assess needs and find suitable Baby Promise slots.
