About this resource

Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted online, via phone, or in person at a local ODHS Self-Sufficiency Branch Office. For further details and to access the income chart, please visit the website.
Travel/Location: The office is situated off 82nd and Flavel, behind the 7-Eleven store.
Fees: As a subsidy program, ERDC requires many families to contribute a portion of the child care expenses, known as a copayment (copay). The copay amount is determined by family size and income.
