This program offers financial support to ensure that child care expenses remain at or below 7% of a household's total income. Eligible child care providers include licensed facilities or approved family, friends, or neighbors, with specific requirements established by the Department of Early Learning and Care, and additional qualifying information available online.

Who can use this
- Eligible participants include construction trade apprentices registered in Oregon, journeyworkers who have completed an apprenticeship within the last five years, and families with children under 12 or special needs children under 17 requiring care from someone other than a parent.
