Application Process: -For water and sewer discounts: Visit City Hall to obtain a paper application. -For garbage service discounts: Visit Sanitary Disposal located at 81144 N Highway 395, Hermiston, OR 97838 to get a paper application.
Cost: There are no fees associated with the application.

- -Water and sewer discounts: Applicants must adhere to federal poverty guidelines. -Garbage service discounts: Applicants must be 65 years or older and meet federal poverty guidelines.
