About this resource
The services provided include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for various illnesses and injuries, screenings for vision and hearing, dental check-ups, blood pressure assessments, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, standard laboratory tests, and ongoing prescription medication management. Additionally, the program promotes health, fitness, and nutrition education, while also offering youth internships, advocacy support, and training for youth-adult partnerships.
Intake Procedure: Please call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: The program accepts OHP, certain private insurance plans, and offers a sliding scale for fees. No student will be denied services due to an inability to pay.
