About this resource
The offerings include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, screenings for vision and hearing, dental check-ups, blood pressure assessments, immunizations, mental health services, reproductive health tailored to age, routine laboratory tests, and management of prescription medications. Additionally, health, fitness, and nutrition education is provided, along with support for youth internships, advocacy, and training for youth-adult partnerships.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP, certain private insurance plans, and offers a sliding scale for fees. No student will be denied services due to inability to pay.
