Who can use this
- -Must reside in a single-family home -Must have current water or sewer service from the City of La Grande within city limits -Household income must be below the federal poverty level, according to the 2025 Federal Poverty Guidelines: $15,650 for individuals, $21,150 for two, $26,650 for three, $32,150 for four, $37,650 for five, and an additional $5,500 for each child over six.
