Who can use this
- -Energy assistance: Available for low-income households -Emergency aid: Targeted at low-income households facing overdue or shut-off notices -Water or power discounts: Residents with an active Pacific Power account in their name served by the City of Hood River Water qualify. Rentals with water paid by another entity are eligible for the discount if located within the City of Hood River service area. In such cases, the City offers a discount on the Pacific Power bill instead of a water bill discount. -Discounts for seniors (60+) and disabled adults: Monthly discounts on power, water, sewer, and garbage bills for customers of City of The Dalles, Northern Wasco County PUD, and The Dalles or Hood River Disposal -Outreach: Eligibility requires residency within the service area and proof of crisis or special need.
