Nonprofit community facilities are also eligible to apply. While yard work is not a primary service, it may be performed if necessary as part of a larger project with available volunteers. Assistance is not available for rental properties, duplexes, homes recently purchased that require repairs, or properties facing foreclosure or lien enforcement actions.
