About this resource
The services offered include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for various illnesses and injuries, vision and blood pressure screenings, immunizations, mental health support, reproductive health services suitable for different ages, routine lab tests, management of prescription medications, and education and promotion related to health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP and certain private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are available, and students will not be denied services due to inability to pay.
Who can use this
- All students enrolled in the Beaverton School District, including those in home school and private school settings.

- Insurance information, if applicable. Income information for those applying for sliding scale fees.
